Through a series of projects and exercises, the text helps students develop confidence in manipulating discrete-time signals without having to write and debug large programs. Included are a summary of many concepts basic to signal processing and a library of DSP computer functions that run on personal computers. Included with the text is a disk with stand-alone programs that perform elementary signal processing functions.
